Pharmacist denies assaulting woman

A 31-year-old pharmacist was released on bail today after pleading not guilty to assault.

Omar Llewelyn Eastmond, of 1st Avenue, Alkins Land, Eagle Hall, St Michael, appeared before Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant in the No.2 District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court, charged with unlawfully assaulting Rhianna Benn and occasioning her actual bodily harm on February 12, 2018.

He was released on $3,000 bail with one surety and ordered to return to court on June 4, 2018.
