If you are a reveller looking for intimacy in your jump up then 37 Tribes is the band to jam with this Foreday Mornin’.

This from band leader Melissa Sookhram, who told Barbados TODAY that was what her band most promoted. So much so that they have even partnered with another band of like mind, Vibes Entertainment, a Grand Kadooment band, to give specials for revellers in each band.

Last year was the band’s maiden participation at Foreday Mornin’. Then, they catered for 200 revellers on the road. That experience was so wonderful, organisers reported, they decided to maintain that recipe. “The experience was awesome,” she said. “We didn’t have any security problems, the jump was hype and we didn’t have any complaints at all. We know almost everybody by name and we don’t have any problems. Everyone interacts well on the road.

“That was why we joined with Vibes. When I was looking at their package, they are more interested in quality and not quantity on the road. They are catering more to the individual and that is what we are looking to do as well. We want everyone to have a great experience on the road,” she said.

37 Tribes was launched last Friday at the Plantation Garden Theatre and they will cater for between 200 to 250 people. The theme is Colour De Rainbow and it features five sections all reflective of the colours pink, blue, neon green and white. There are two front lines, which will jump in
