And in the lead up to Foreday Mornin’ and Grand Kadoment, both RAVURZ Kadooment Band and Colorz Entertainment held fetes and limes for their members and revellers.
Ravurz held their’s on Saturday nights at Marks Bar in Taitts Road, Brittons Hill, St. Michael with music played by Black Cat Sounds with Djs Cat,Timeless and Rehab.
Colorz’ Bryan Worrell held themed fetes on Colorz Sundays by the Jolly Roger office in the City. The last one for this year was a white affair Condense and there were performances from Porgie, HypaSounds and Statement. Before that there was Blackout, Fun Friend, Wine Um Down, and Red Fete. Patrons were invited to wear particular colours for a reduced admission fee to the events that featured some of the best soca artists.
