Doc charged

Police have arrested and charged gynaecologist Wayne Welch, 60, of Mount Wilton, St. Thomas, with three counts of indecent assault allegedly committed against three females between February and July 2012.

He appeared at the District “A” Magistrate today and was granted $13,000.00 bail with one surety, to return to court on November 4, 2013. As a condition of bail he was required to surrender his travel documents.
