A 27-year-old Lot 7 Vauxhall Gardens, Christ Church resident is to return to court on November 24 to answer an assault charge.

Keimar Romel Gibson is charged with serious bodily harm to Janice Brathwaite with intent to maim, disfigure or disable her on August 24.

Gibson was not asked to plead when her appeared in the District ‘A’ Magistrates Court this morning.

The prosecution did not object to bail, which Acting Chief Magistrate Douglas Frederick set at $3,000.

Gibson was represented by attorney-at-law Safiya Moore.
