Rico Jamal Antonio Forde of Haynesville, St James, appeared before Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant in the No.2 District ‘A’ Criminal Court, charged with unlawfully and maliciously wounding Everet Branch with the intent to do serious bodily harm.
The offence allegedly occurred on September 9, 2016.
Forde, who is represented by attorney-at-law Shadia Simpson, was not required to plead to the indictable offence and is due to return to court on October 18, 2017.
